2009年12月18日,首届海峡两岸科技成果转化与应用研讨会在厦门召开。来自两岸的政府官员、科研专家、企业界代表等120多人汇聚一堂,就两岸科技成果应用与转化的经验、做法,以及知识产权保护等方面展开深入研讨。此次研讨会的目的是交流双方科技成果转化方面的信息,以及在科技成果转化过程中的知识产权归属与保护等方面的问题。目前大陆方面科技研究力量雄厚,但在技术成果转化为商品以及知识产权归属与保护方面,还有待进一步提高。而台湾方面在科
On December 18, 2009, the first seminar on the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements across the Taiwan Strait was held in Xiamen. Over 120 people, including government officials, scientific experts and business representatives from both sides of the Taiwan Strait gathered together to conduct an in-depth study on the experience, practices and intellectual property protection in the application and conversion of science and technology achievements across the Taiwan Strait. The purpose of this symposium is to exchange information on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements between the two sides and issues such as the ownership and protection of intellectual property rights in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. At present, the research on science and technology in mainland China is strong. However, it still needs to be further improved in terms of the transfer of technological achievements into commodities and the attribution and protection of intellectual property rights.
