１９８７年１月～１９９８年５月，本院收治４５例新型隐球菌性脑膜炎，其中３５例在本院入院时和（或）在外院误诊、漏诊。现报告如下。１ 临床资料１．１ 一般资料本组男２０例，女１５例；年龄１５～６５岁，平均４３岁。发病到入院时间为２ｄ～２．８年，平均４个月。
From January 1987 to May 1998, 45 cases of new cryptococcal meningitis were admitted to our hospital. Among them, 35 cases were misdiagnosed and missed at the time of hospital admission (or) in our hospital. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 20 males and 15 females; aged 15 to 65 years, mean 43 years. The incidence of admission to hospital for 2d ~ 2.8 years, an average of 4 months.
