20世纪70年代,我国提出了水电自动化建设的概念,由于科学技术的限制,当时的水电自动化建设只能局限于计算机控制领域,没有得到长足的发展。近年来,随着科技的飞速进步,水电电站自动化建设也有了很大的进步,水电综合系统的各个环节都实现了互联通信与网络监督,因此,水电综合自动化技术得到了广泛的应用。但小型水电站与大型水电站相比在自动化自动化建设等方面任然存在很多技术上的问题,例如自动化程度低、安全性不足等,针对这些问题,我们应该将最新的科学技术利用起来,帮助小水电自动化实现稳定发展,为国家的水电建设做出贡献。
In the 1970s, China put forward the concept of hydropower automation construction. Due to the limitation of science and technology, the hydropower automation construction at that time was confined to the field of computer control without any significant development. In recent years, with the rapid progress of science and technology, great progress has also been made in the automation construction of hydropower stations. However, compared with large hydropower stations, small hydropower stations still have many technical problems in terms of automation and automation construction, such as low degree of automation and insufficient safety.
