基于最大降低相界面能密度原理,本文推导了一般应力状态下镍基单晶合金的强化相γ'筏化准则,给出了筏化图,并得到试验结果的验证,进而定量分析了核化过程;利用该准则即最大相界面能密度降低,可以很好地描述蠕变性能的晶体取向相关性,并初步得到试验结果的验证.
Based on the principle of maximum densifiable interface energy density, this paper derives the γ ’rafting rule of the strengthened phase of nickel-based single crystal alloys under normal stress conditions. The raft map is given and verified by the test results.
