Toyota invested $1.4 billion to build a new car factory in Kyushu. In the factory building, the robots are installing parts, the workers are wearing wires in the braking device, Mars is splashing when welding the dashboard, and an electronic screen above the head is tracking the production status... This is the most modern factory in Japan, but this kind of Modernization is quite different from what people often see. In terms of factory automation, Japan has always been at the forefront of the world, but when designing a new plant in Kyushu, Toyota chose less, not more, automation. In other factories under Toyota, the work of robots has been returned to workers.
