采用文献资料法、问卷调查法对201位鄂西少数民族地区中小学体育教师的工作满意度进行调查研究。结果显示:1)鄂西少数民族地区中小学体育教师工作满意度水平较低,整体满意度得分只有2.87分;2)性别变量对体育教师的工作满意度不产生影响;学校变量对体育教师的工作满意度有影响,在多数维度上,中学体育教师的满意度水平要高于小学体育教师满意度水平;工龄对体育教师工作满意度有影响,在大多数维度上,工龄在5年以下的体育教师满意度相对较高,而工龄在6至10年的体育教师的满意度相对较低;地区变量对体育教师工作满意度具有一定的影响,在多数维度上,城市教师的工作满意度水平要高于乡镇教师的满意度水平。
The literature survey and questionnaire survey were used to investigate the job satisfaction of 201 primary and secondary school PE teachers in western Hubei minority areas.
