目的探讨应变、应变率成像(S/SRI)技术采用P波起点(P-onset)和R波顶点(R-peak)为起始点评价阵发性心房颤动(PAF)患者左心房(LA)功能的差异。方法分别以P-onset和R-peak为起始点分析52例PAF患者LA S/SR,比较两组LA S/SR并作一致性检验,分析两组LA S/SR与LA容积参数之间的相关性。结果以R-peak为起始点的心房泵血期和储血期的LA S均大于以P-onset为起始点的(均P<0.05),但两组LA S/SR之间呈良好的相关性和一致性(均P<0.05);两组LA S/SR与对应时相的LA容积参数之间也均表现出良好的相关性,且相关系数经比较并无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。结论 P-onset和R-peak均可作为S/SRI技术的起始点评价PAF患者LA功能,两种方法测得的LA SR具有可比性,但LA S不具有可比性。
Objective To investigate the effect of left ventricular (LA) function in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF) by using strain and strain rate imaging (S / SRI) technique with P-onset and R-peak as the starting point The difference. Methods The LA S / SR of 52 patients with PAF were analyzed with P-onset and R-peak as starting points respectively. LA S / SR was compared between the two groups and the concordance test was performed. The correlation between LA S / SR and LA volume parameters Correlation. Results The LA S of aortic pump and aortic valve during the period of aortic aortic valve from R-peak were higher than those from P-onset (all P <0.05), but there was a good correlation between LA S / SR (P <0.05). The LA volume parameters of both LA S / SR and corresponding phase also showed a good correlation between the two groups (P <0.05), and the correlation coefficient showed no significant difference (all P> 0.05). Conclusion Both P-onset and R-peak can be used as the starting point of S / SRI technique to evaluate LA function in patients with PAF. The LA SR obtained by the two methods is comparable, but LA S is not comparable.
