一前言彩色电视接收机测量项目大致可以分为两大类:一类属彩色、黑白公用部份,包括高频调谐器、图象通道、伴音通道、扫描电路、同步电路、电源电路、亮度显示等有关的项目;一类属彩色电视机专有部份,包括解码电路和显色等有关的项目。彩色电视机公用通道部份的测量方法大都和黑白电视广播接收机测量方法(GB 3786-83)相同,但需按彩色电视机的电路特点作若干补充修改,使之适用于彩色电视机公用通道
