上腔静脉-肺动脉吻合术(以下简称腔-肺吻合术)应用于肺缺血性紫绀型先天性心脏病,可获得姑息性治疗作用。作者等报告其临床经验,以期有助于确定该手术在先天性心脏病治疗中的作用。
Superior vena cava - pulmonary anastomosis (hereinafter referred to as cavity - lung anastomosis) applied to pulmonary ischemic cyanotic congenital heart disease, palliative treatment can be obtained. The authors report their clinical experience in order to help determine the role of this procedure in the treatment of congenital heart disease.
