目的:探讨呼吸训练器预防造血干细胞移植过程中患儿肺部感染的效果。方法:将40例行单倍体造血干细胞移植患儿随机等分为训练组和对照组,训练组患儿进入移植病房即开始使用呼吸训练器进行呼吸训练,对照组不使用呼吸训练器。比较两组患儿肺部感染的发生率。结果:训练组肺部并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸训练器能有效降低造血干细胞移植患儿肺部感染的发生率,促进肺功能的恢复,提高了造血干细胞移植患儿成功率。
Objective: To explore the effect of respiratory trainer on the prevention of pulmonary infection in children during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods: Forty patients with haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were randomly divided into training group and control group. The training group began to use the breathing training device for respiration training when they entered the transplantation ward. The control group did not use the breathing exercise device. The incidence of pulmonary infection in both groups was compared. Results: The incidence of pulmonary complications in training group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Respiratory trainers can effectively reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection in children with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and promote the recovery of pulmonary function, and improve the success rate of children with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
