In recent years, STEAM curriculum has drawn more and more attention from the education community. The “Comprehensive Education Reform Program for 2015-2020 in Jiading District of Shanghai” put forward the requirement of “developing a district-based STEAM course integrating humanities and science and technology and promoting the coordinated development of students’ humanistic and scientific qualifications.” STEAM education is more inclusive and interdisciplinary comprehensive quality education, advocating the integration of science, technology, engineering, mathematics and art and other relevant disciplinary knowledge, with integrated teaching methods for students to do their own interesting items
