目的进一步考查规范北京地区室内空气质量检测机构的检测工作,以保证检测结果的准确性和公正性。方法59户检测机构用国家标准方法对氨和苯双浓度样品进行比对测定,采用检测比对方案进行统计,采用稳健Z比分数方法评价检测结果。结果氨和苯均为满意结果的实验室有28户,占实验室总数的47.5%。氨和苯检测结果均不满意的实验室有3户,1项检测结果不满意、1项检测结果有问题的实验室有6户,1项检测结果不满意、1项检测结果满意的实验室有12户,1项检测结果有问题、1项检测结果满意的实验室有10户。结论参加该次比对实验的室内空气质量检测机构在日常检测工作中仍然存在一定问题。各级主管部门需进一步加强对检测机构的监督管理,规范检测市场,促进检测机构不断提高自身检测工作质量和水平。
Objective To further investigate and standardize the testing of indoor air quality testing institutes in Beijing in order to ensure the accuracy and fairness of testing results. Methods Fifty-nine testing institutes used the national standard method to compare ammonia-benzene concentration and double-concentration ammonia-benzene samples. The detection and comparison programs were used for statistics and the Z-score method was used to evaluate the test results. Results There were 28 laboratories with satisfactory results for ammonia and benzene, accounting for 47.5% of the total number of laboratories. Conclusion There are still some problems in the routine testing of indoor air quality testing organizations participating in this comparison experiment. Competent departments at all levels need to further strengthen the supervision and management of testing agencies, standardize the testing market, and promote testing agencies to continuously improve the quality and level of their own testing.
