目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子(IGF1)对人牙周膜细胞(PDLcels)胶原合成的调节及IGF1作用的细胞内分子机理,特别是多聚腺嘌呤二磷酸核糖(PADPR)反应在IGF1调节胶原合成中的意义。方法用体外培养的人牙周膜细胞(8~10代),观察不同浓度的IGF1(10~100μg/L)作用16小时后牙周膜细胞胶原合成以及细胞内乳酸代谢、PADPR合成和PADPR合成酶活性的关系。结果IGF1能明显刺激牙周膜细胞胶原合成,同时伴随乳酸产生的增加和PADPR合成酶活性下降、PARPR合成减少。结论IGF1可能通过影响PADPR合成而调节牙周膜细胞胶原合成。
Objective To investigate the effects of insulin-like growth factor (IGF1) on the collagen synthesis of human periodontal ligament cells (PDLcels) and the intracellular molecular mechanism of IGF1. Conclusion IGF1 may regulate collagen synthesis in periodontal ligament cells by affecting the synthesis of PADPR.
