朱元璋与徽州虎皮毛豆腐 虎皮毛豆腐是安徽驰名中外的素食佳肴。它以本省屯溪、休宁一带特产的毛豆腐(长有寸许白色茸毛)为主料,用油煎后,佐以葱、姜、糖、盐及肉清汤、酱油等烩烧而成。因其豆腐两面色黄,呈现虎皮条纹故名。上桌时再加以辣椒酱佐食,鲜醇爽口,芳香诱人,并且有开胃之功效,为徽州地区特殊的风味菜。当地人都知道,就是这不起眼的虎皮毛豆腐,还与明太祖朱元璋有一定渊源呢!
