采用田间、盆栽试验和室内测试 ,通过相关与通径分析得出 :供试土壤条件下 ,籽粒产量总是与生物产量、穗粒数呈正相关 ,这种相关性与栽培条件与施肥水平无关 ;对产量的直接作用大小依次为穗粒数 >千粒重 >穗数。在中低肥力土壤条件下 ,相对产量与籽粒产量、生物产量、穗粒数呈高度正相关 ,产量三大构成因素中只有穗粒数对相对产量的影响达极显著水平 ;在足肥土壤条件下 ,施肥增产率与籽粒产量、生物产量、穗粒数呈高度正相关 ,产量三大构成因素中穗粒数和千粒重对施肥增产率有显著影响 ,在选择育种时应考虑土壤不同的肥力水平而有所区别
