目的 建立移植动脉硬化的动物模型。方法 108只Wistar大鼠显微镜下行腹主动脉吻合术。结果 该模型建立成功。结论 该方法为临床研究动脉移植提供了一种动物模型。
Objective To establish an animal model of atherosclerosis. Methods A total of 108 Wistar rats underwent abdominal aortic anastomosis under the microscope. Results The model was established successfully. Conclusion This method provides an animal model for the clinical study of arterial grafting.
