应用1%NP-40处理骨髓涂片。套式PCR扩增技术对28例儿童急性白血病患者进行微小病毒B19DNA检测。其中ALL15例,AML13例。并对阳性者同时采用免疫表型检测,结果显示5例阳性,且均为ALL患者。FAB分类5例全是L_2。免疫表型表达B-ALL3例,T-ALL2例。提示微小病毒B19对儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病的发病具有一定影响。本文应用套式PCR技术,在骨髓涂片直接检测B 19-DNA,方法简便、特异、灵敏、不易漏诊,为临床诊断B 19感染提供了一种简便实用的实验诊断方法。
Bone marrow smears were treated with 1% NP-40. The nested PCR amplification technique was used to detect the parvovirus B19 DNA in 28 children with acute leukemia. Including ALL15 cases, AML13 cases. And the same time, positive immunophenotype test results showed that 5 were positive, and ALL patients. FAB classification 5 cases are all L_2. Immunophenotype expression B-ALL3 cases, T-ALL2 cases. Tip Parvovirus B19 on the incidence of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia have a certain impact. In this study, nested PCR was used to directly detect B 19 -DNA in bone marrow smear. The method is simple, specific, sensitive and not easy to misdiagnosis. It provides a convenient and practical method for laboratory diagnosis of B 19 infection.
