在中国,因为版画自己制作的独特性,并不像其他的画种很“明显”的去创作,所以不被大多数人所认识。而,版画有其独特“印刷”的效果,所以在市场中的价位不如别的画种高,在历史的发展中,中国人认为版画很传统,外国人却恰好相反,认为版画很现代。他说如何改变以往推介版画家的模式值得思考,同时,大众对版画的认识也影响了版画的市场。
