我科5年来对21例上前牙斜行折断至龈沟下的病例,先作局部齿龈切除术,然后作桩冠修复。经临床观察,被切除的齿龈在3～4周内重新生长,与桩冠紧密贴合,临床效果较好。 一、适应症: 牙周情况良好,斜行折断的上前牙,其舌侧断面边缘在龈下3mm以内,唇侧断面边缘在龈上2mm以上(外伤时,上前牙多半呈唇舌向斜行折断,唇侧断面一般都在龈上,舌侧断面一般多在龈下。图1)。牙齿须先作根管治疗,为了便于桩冠的制作,在根管充填时,可以只充填根尖1/4。具体方法是切取大小适合,其长度为根长1/4的牙胶尖
