杂多酸及其金属盐和有机盐、稀土杂多酸对甲醇转化均具有催化活性。杂多酸金属盐和稀土杂多酸的活性,特别是烃类产物的分布,与相应的杂多酸比较变化不大。产物分布规律只看到脉冲反应条件下,甲醇转化率接近100%范围内的报道,不同反应温度下的报道和随催化剂使用时间而改变的报道。本文选择具有Keggin结构的磷钨酸为催化剂,在连续流动微型反应器中,以纯甲醇蒸气为原料,在较宽的甲醇转化率范围内,考察了甲醇转化反应。并且对其动力学模式进行了探讨。
Heteropoly acid and its metal salts and organic salts, rare earth heteropoly acid methanol conversion have catalytic activity. Heteropoly acid metal salt and rare earth heteropoly acid activity, especially the distribution of hydrocarbon products, with the corresponding heteropoly acid little change. The distribution of products shows only reports of conversions of methanol approaching 100% under pulsed reaction conditions, reports at different reaction temperatures, and changes as the catalyst is used. In this paper, we choose the phosphotungstic acid with Keggin structure as the catalyst. In a continuous flow microreactor, pure methanol vapor is used as the raw material, and methanol conversion reaction is investigated in a wide range of methanol conversion. And its kinetic model was discussed.
