脑膜瘤又名蛛网膜纤维母细胞瘤,以颅内多见,脊髓次之,眶内最少见。我院于1990年遇到1例病程长且典型的眶脑膜瘤。现报道如下:张××,女,43岁,因右眼球逐渐突出,视力下降8年,失明6年,于1990年7月6日入院。患者曾于1983年3月在外院行开眶手术,肿瘤摘除未尽,至1985年右眼失明,眼球仍突出。1986年3月再次在外院行经颅开眶摘除肿瘤,病理报告为“右眼 Meningioma, also known as arachnoid fibroblastoma, more common in the brain, followed by the spinal cord, orbital rare.
