病毒是一类只含一种核酸的非细胞型微生物。人类传染病的80%是由病毒引起的。因此,掌握病毒的基本知识,了解病毒的致病机理以及对病毒的诊断和防治,具有重要的实际意义。
Viruses are a class of non-cellular microorganisms that contain only one nucleic acid. Eighty percent of human infectious diseases are caused by viruses. Therefore, mastering the basic knowledge of the virus, understanding the pathogenic mechanism of the virus as well as the diagnosis and prevention of the virus has an important practical significance.
