目的:了解兰州市市售婴幼儿配方奶粉中肠杆菌及其它细菌的污染状况。方法:采用传统微生物学分离和鉴定方法就98份兰州市市售婴幼儿配方奶粉的带菌情况加以检测。结果:从5份样品中分离出6种细菌(占检测样品总数的5.10%),包括:产酸克雷伯菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、无花果沙雷氏菌、泛菌属某些种、施氏假单胞菌及洋葱伯克氏菌,其中前4种细菌为肠杆菌科细菌(占分离菌株的87.50%),后2种属于其它细菌科(占分离菌株的12.50%)。结论:兰州市市售的婴幼儿配方奶粉中存在着以肠杆菌为主的多种细菌污染,会对婴幼儿健康构成潜在危害。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the contamination of Enterobacteriaceae and other bacteria in commercial infant formula in Lanzhou City. Methods: The use of traditional methods of microbial isolation and identification of 98 samples of Lanzhou City, commercial infant formula milk to be detected. Results: Six kinds of bacteria (5.10% of the total number of test samples) were isolated from five samples, including Klebsiella oxytoca, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Serratia marcescens, some species of Pantoea, Pseudomonas stutzeri and Burkholderia cepacia. The first four kinds of bacteria were Enterobacteriaceae (accounting for 87.50% of the isolates), and the second two belong to other bacteria families (accounting for 12.50% of the isolates). CONCLUSIONS: There are many kinds of bacterial contamination in Enterobacteriaceae which are commercially available in infant formula in Lanzhou City, which may pose a potential hazard to the health of infants and toddlers.
