以德国产DIVID系统中的DIVID110、DIVID120、DIVID130、DIVID140为实验仪器,以37名自由式摔跤运动员为实验对象,考察摔跤运动员腰、颈部动觉感受性情况。该实验首先确定动觉心理特征包括肌紧张感与运动幅度感,分别以复制力与角度的误差绝对值大小作为反映其高低的指标。研究认为,动觉感受性中的肌紧张感与运动幅度感两项指标之间具有较为密切的相关;优秀自由跤运动员的腰部肌紧张感与左侧运动幅度感明显高于一般运动员;在颈部动觉感受性中,两组运动员右侧肌紧张感差别较小,但优秀自由跤运动员左侧的肌紧张感与运动幅度感则高于一般运动员;肌肉张力与肌紧张感之间关系呈现的趋势是:随着肌力增加,由其所产生的肌紧张感呈现下降趋势。
