“文化强国”战略是符合国家利益和人民利益的长远战略。公共文化服务体系建设作为文化建设的重要部分,对于繁荣发展社会主义先进文化、建设和谐文化、构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。本文以四川省成都市为案例,分析了近几年成都市在加强公共文化服务网络体系全域覆盖,加强公共文化服务运行管理机制,加强公共文化服务人才队伍建设,加强公共文化政策制度保障体系等方面取得的成绩。并针对目前成都市存在的问题,提出了科学合理规划基础设施建设,实现公共文化实施的有效覆盖;完善公共文化服务供给体系,增强公共文化产品的供给能力;加强信息技术应用手段,提升公共文化的传播力和影响力;加强公共文化政策制度设计,探索公共文化服务的长效机制;健全公共文化监管评估体系,完善社会化的评估机制等方面的发展建议。 “Cultural Power ” strategy is a long-term strategy in line with the interests of the country and the people.
