目的建立氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定净水剂聚合氯化铝中砷的测定。方法利用1+1硫酸溶液沸水浴上消解聚合氯化铝样品,在最佳仪器、反应条件下测定其中的砷。结果该方法对样品中砷的定量限为0.000001%,相关系数为0.999 6;对12份样品进行砷的测定,质量分数在0.000 017%~0.000 200%之间,样品加标回收率在92.5%~102.3%之间,平行样之间误差在1.7%~11.1%之间。结论该方法具有较高的精密度,准确度和灵敏度,适合测定净水剂聚合氯化铝中的砷。
Objective To establish a hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry determination of arsenic in purifying agent PAC. Methods The samples were digested with 1 + 1 sulfuric acid solution in boiling water bath to determine arsenic in the best instrument and reaction conditions. Results The limit of quantification of arsenic in this method was 0.000001% with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 6. The determination of arsenic in 12 samples was carried out with the mass fraction of 0.000 017% to 0.000 200% and the recoveries of spiked samples at 92.5% ~ 102.3%, the error between parallel samples is between 1.7% ~ 11.1%. Conclusion The method has high precision, accuracy and sensitivity, and is suitable for the determination of arsenic in water purifying agent polyaluminum chloride.
