笔者获悉 ,国家已决定投资２亿元 ,年内将开始实施“长江应急清淤工程” ,对长江航道近几年内因遭受特大洪水而淤积的大量泥沙进行清淤。据了解 ,国家计委和交通部对这次工程分别投资１亿元。长江上游的太平口水道、中游界牌水道、下游张南水道将１８个浅险水道清淤已被立项。
The author has learned that the state has decided to invest 200 million yuan and will start implementing the “Emergency Response Dredging Project in the Yangtze River” this year to dredge a large amount of sediment deposited in the Yangtze River waterway due to major floods in recent years. It is understood that the State Development Planning Commission and the Ministry of Transportation respectively invested 100 million yuan in this project. The Taiping mouth waterway in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the waterway in the middle reaches of the Yellow River and the dredging of 18 shallow water channels in the downstream Zhangnan Channel have been approved.
