张萍老师的《成功课后的反思》是一篇获奖的论文,刊登在《小学青年教师》2001年第9期上。当我一篇一篇地翻阅这期杂志的时候,一下子就被这篇只有千字的文稿吸引住了。我觉得作者提出的问题似曾相识。记得有一次听一位老师上《一分试验田》一课,由于特殊的时代背景,学生有许多问题搞不懂,提出来问老师,老师也感到对十一二岁的孩子很难说得清楚。我把这篇千字文拿给几位老师看,他们读了都觉得颇受启迪。
Zhang Ping's “Reflection on Success After Class” is an award-winning essay published in “Elementary School Young Teachers” No. 9, 2001. When I read this issue by article, I was drawn to it by this thousand-word document. I think the author asked the problem deja vu. I remember once listening to a teacher on “a test field” a lesson, due to the special background of the times, students have many problems do not understand, raised to ask the teacher, the teacher also felt very difficult to say clearly to the 11-year-old children. I gave this thousand words to some teachers to see, they read quite enlightenment.
