As a new round of reform of state-owned assets, Sinopec’s reform of the mixed ownership move has attracted much market attention. On the evening of September 14, Sinopec Corp. announced that Sinopec Sales Co., Ltd. has signed capital increase agreements with 25 domestic and foreign investors to complete the joint-stock reform and investment expansion. From the announcement reform to the completion of foreign investment, Sinopec Corp. accelerated the establishment of its non-oil friends circle and signed a cooperation agreement with RT-Mart, Tibet Zhumama Spring, Fosun, No.1 Store, SF Express, and Pacific Insurance respectively
