[目的]分析内蒙古自治区放射治疗机构现况,为今后资源配置和业务发展提供参考依据。[方法]通过现场调查或电话联系方式对全区24家放射治疗单位设备、业务开展和人员配置进行调查。[结果]内蒙古自治区现有放疗机构24家,12家位于东部地区,其中赤峰市最多拥有5家;12家位于西部地区,其中包头市最多拥有5家。至2008年初,全区放疗人员共计218人,全区放疗病床总数600张,放射治疗病人人数为690人次/月,常规外照射384人次/月,适形放疗238人次/月,调强放疗7人次/月,立体定向放疗48人次/月。[结论]内蒙古自治区放射治疗业务发展迅速,放疗机构和设备区域总体分布较合理。放疗专业作为临床学科认识不足,放疗人员数量和质量都有待提高,接受放疗的肿瘤病人还很少。
[Objective] To analyze the status of radiation treatment institutions in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and provide references for future resource allocation and business development. [Method] Through on-the-spot investigation or telephone contact, we conducted a survey on equipment, business development and staffing of 24 radiotherapy units in the region. [Result] There are 24 radiotherapy institutions in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, 12 are located in the eastern region, of which 5 are the largest in Chifeng City and 12 are in the western region, with a maximum of 5 in Baotou City. By the beginning of 2008, there were 218 radiotherapy staff in the district, 600 radiotherapy beds in total in the district, 690 radiotherapy patients per month, 384 routine external radiations per month, 238 radiotherapy conformal radiotherapy per month, intensity modulated radiotherapy 7 Person / month, stereotactic radiotherapy 48 people / month. [Conclusion] Radiotherapy treatment in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has been developing rapidly, and the distribution of radiotherapy institutions and equipment is generally reasonable. Radiotherapy profession as a lack of knowledge of clinical disciplines, the number and quality of radiotherapy needs to be improved, the patients receiving radiotherapy are few patients.
