各位领导、各位理事、各位代表、同志们: 中国施工企业管理协会会员代表大会(第十三次年会)今天在这里隆重召开。我受第三届理事会的委托,向大会作工作报告。 一、一年来的工作回顾 1997年是我国历史上十分重要的一年。这一年,我们整个施工行业也取得了较好的成绩,呈现出良性发展的势头。从前三个季度来看,全国固定资产投资稳中有升,与去年同期相比,增幅达11.2％。重点工程建设全面完成计划,国有建筑业企业完成建筑业总产值2823亿元,比上年同期增长16.4％;完成竣工产值比上年同期增长32.4％;实现利税总额和工程结算利润也都 Leaders, Members, Delegates, and Comrades: The China Construction Enterprise Management Association Member Congress (13th Annual Meeting) was held here today. I was commissioned by the Third Council to report to the General Assembly. A. Review of the work in the past year 1997 is a very important year in the history of our country. This year, our entire construction industry has also achieved good results, showing a momentum of positive development. From the previous three quarters, the country’s investment in fixed assets has risen steadily, with an increase of 11.2% compared with the same period of last year. The construction of key projects was fully completed. The state-owned construction enterprises completed a total output value of 282.3 billion yuan in the construction industry, an increase of 16.4% over the same period of the previous year; the completed output value increased by 32.4% over the same period of the previous year; both the total profits and taxes and the project settlement profits were also realized.
