采用肾性高血压大鼠脑内注射胶原酶加肝素诱发脑出血造成出血性脑水肿,观察甘露醇对出血后6小时、12小时、24小时、48小时和72小时脑水肿的影响。结果显示甘露醇不能控制大鼠脑出血后48小时之内脑水肿增高的趋势,但与对照组相比,甘露醇仍可一定程度地减轻脑水肿。未发现有甘露醇增高脑水含量的现象。提示甘露醇仍不失为降低高血压脑出血性脑水肿的有效药物。
Hemorrhagic cerebral edema was induced by intracerebral injection of collagenase plus heparin into renal hypertensive rats, and the effect of mannitol on cerebral edema at 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours after hemorrhage was observed. The results showed that mannitol could not control cerebral edema in rats within 48 hours after intracerebral hemorrhage increased, but compared with the control group, mannitol can still reduce cerebral edema to a certain extent. No mannitol was found to increase brain water content. Suggesting that mannitol is still an effective drug to reduce hypertensive cerebral hemorrhagic brain edema.
