进入感性经济时代,情调营销已经成为企业赢得顾客的致胜法宝。本文首先对情调营销的概念进行了界定;其次介绍了情调营销的“七调”:企业的论调、产品的品调、装饰的色调、音乐的曲调、员工的语调、行为的步调和空间的格调;最后指出,在情调营销的应用上,企业应当遵循终端化、个性化、统一化和五感化等法则。
Into the emotional economy era, sentiment marketing has become the winning business winning customers magic weapon. This article first defines the concept of affective marketing. Secondly, it introduces the “seven sentiments” of sentiment marketing: the argument of the enterprise, the tone of the product, the tone of the decoration, the melody of the music, the intonation of the staff, the pace and space of the action Finally, it is pointed out that in the application of emotional marketing, enterprises should follow the rules of terminalization, individuation, unification and five probation.
