在引风机叶片上加装射流喷嘴装置吹扫引风机叶片的积灰。应用Fluent软件模拟引风机不同喷嘴进口风速下引风机叶片非工作面上的静压分布。结果表明,引风机变负荷运行时,叶片非工作面低压区压力若达到满负荷时的压力值即可防止叶片积灰。通过比较引风机各负荷不同工况下的静压分布,可获得各负荷对应的最佳喷嘴进口风速和风量,在保持吹扫效果的同时降低了能耗。
In the induced draft fan blade jet nozzle device installed on the fan dust swept away. Fluent software was used to simulate the static pressure distribution on the non-working face of the draft fan blades under different nozzle inlet wind speeds. The results show that when the induced draft fan is under variable load operation, the pressure on the non-working face in the low pressure zone can be prevented from fouling if the pressure reaches full load. By comparing the static pressure distribution under different load conditions of the induced draft fan, the best nozzle inlet air velocity and air volume corresponding to each load can be obtained, and the energy consumption is reduced while maintaining the purging effect.
