我国产权市场建设创新于经济体制改革的关键时刻。21年来,产权市场从无到有,创新了我国多元化资本市场模式,扩大了市场融资规模,支持了地方经济协调发展,巩固了经济社会和谐发展的基础。党的十六大提出了建设好产权市场的要求,十七大进一步提出了实现我国经济增长的主要方式是制度创新的要求。怎样建设产权市场,中央政府、地方政府以及理论界、经济界和产权市场的从业者一直在不断探索。2009年,第8期《国有资产管理》曾发表了重庆联交所的两篇研究文章,提出了他们的实践体会和理论观点,引起了社会各界广泛关注。为此,编辑部专门致函向重庆联交所约稿继续讨论产权市场理论建设问题,以飨读者,并希望更多的读者参与产权市场建设的讨论,交流产权市场建设的实践体会,达到指导产权市场创新发展的目的。
The Innovation of Property Rights Market in China at the Key Time of Economic System Reform.
