伴随社会主义市场经济的快速发展,社会工作模式已经发生了很大的变化,长期以来,在社会工作转型的过程中,虽然取得一些成效,但是仍然存在很多问题,制约社会工作的顺利开展,例如政府主导、权利制约以及人们缺少积极性等等。因此,相关管理人员应充分认识到社会工作转型的重要性,以采取有效的应对措施,做好社会工作的转型。主要阐述了新时期社会工作转型的基本属性,以及强化社会工作转型的主要对策,进而确保我国社会工作的顺利开展。
With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, the social work model has undergone great changes. For a long time, some achievements have been made in the process of social work restructuring. However, many problems still remain that restrict the smooth progress of social work. For example, Government-led, power constraints and the lack of enthusiasm and so on. Therefore, the relevant managers should fully understand the importance of the transformation of social work in order to take effective measures to deal with the transformation of social work. It mainly expounds the basic properties of social work transformation in the new period and the main countermeasures to strengthen the transformation of social work so as to ensure the smooth development of social work in our country.
