读诗,常常会遇到一个审美解释方面的难题:对一首诗,当其有几种不同解释的时候,我们如何判断哪一种解释是“真解”或“正确的解释”? 这难题早已不是什么秘密,而是久已摆在中西诗学面前的一个公案。在中国传统诗学中有“诗无达诂”及把诗区分为“可解、不可解、不必解”三类的说法;在西方现代诗学中则有“意象多义性”、“本文未定性”、“艺术解释开放性”及“读者参与艺术作品本体意义的重建”等种种说法。所指的,都是同一现象:一首诗,个性不同的读者及在不同时空条件下所作出的解释,
Reading poetry often encounters a difficult problem of aesthetic interpretation: how can we judge which interpretation is a “true solution” or “correct interpretation” of a poem when it has several different interpretations? “This problem has long been no secret, but a long time ago has been placed in a poem in Western Poetics.
