一、引言在自动化生产瓷器的过程中,瓷坯的含水率是一个重要的参数。含水率过低,增加磨坯剐底工序的困难,延长了烘干时间,不必要地耗费能量;含水率过高,不仅会在“素烧”过程中发生“炸坯”现象,而且会增加坯体的变形。为了在烘干过程中把坯体的含水量控制在一定的范围,瓷坯含水率的检测是必不可少的。以前,这项检测一般凭工人的经验,因而误差较大;或利用称重法抽检,而每检测一次的周期较长,不能及时反映含水率的变化情况。
