《安全生产法》已于２００２年６月２９日经九届全国人大常务委员会第二十八次会议审议通过 ,将于今年１１月１日正式施行。这是我国安全生产方面的第一部综合性法律 ,是各类生产经营单位及其从业人员实现安全生产必须遵循的行为规范 ,也是各级政府及有关部门进行安全生产监督
The Work Safety Law was reviewed and approved by the 28th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People’s Congress on June 29, 2002 and will be formally implemented on November 1 this year. This is the first comprehensive law on safe production in our country. It is a code of conduct that various production and business units and their employees must follow to achieve safety in production. It is also the work of production safety supervision by all levels of government and relevant departments
