概述了标准化立法与国家的经济、生产力发展水平的密切关系以及几个国家标准化法制管理的情况 ,并从目的性、标准化任务、体制设置、制定标准原则、标准实施与监督等 9个方面说明了我国《标准化法》的主要内容 ,介绍了我国标准化的法规体系及其构成。
The paper summarizes the close relationship between standardization legislation and the national economic and productivity development as well as the management of standardized legal systems in several countries.
