In the thermal power project financing, the risk analysis and implementation of countermeasures is the key to the success of the project. This paper analyzes the risk management measures of power project financing in the construction and operation stages and puts forward effective risk prevention measures including the combination of various aspects related to the project with legal contracts and contracts.
