采用辉光放电离子渗氮方法研究了表面氮化对(Tb,Dy)Fe2稀土超磁致伸缩材料的耐腐性能、表面机械性能及磁致伸缩性能的影响。结果发现:通过表面离子渗氮处理,可显著改善材料耐腐性能,材料表面硬度由587 HV提高到622 HV,耐磨性能也大幅提高,并且材料磁致伸缩性能几乎未受影响。研究表明,表面离子渗氮是一种适用于稀土超磁致伸缩材料表面改性的方法。
The effect of surface nitriding on the corrosion resistance, surface mechanical properties and magnetostrictive properties of (Tb, Dy) Fe2 rare earth giant magnetostrictive materials was studied by glow discharge ion nitriding method. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the material can be significantly improved by the surface nitriding treatment. The hardness of the material increases from 587 HV to 622 HV, and the wear resistance is greatly improved. The magnetostrictive properties of the material are almost unaffected. Studies have shown that surface ion nitriding is a suitable method for the surface modification of rare earth giant magnetostrictive materials.
