目的探讨我国电子病案发展中存在的有关问题。方法通过阅读在国内公开发表的论述有关我国电子病案发展过程中存在问题的相关文章,归纳出我国发展电子病案存在的主要问题。结果我国发展电子病案存在的主要问题包括:电子病案无统一标准、安全性差、法律效力低、缺乏经费和优秀的管理人员。结论电子病案在我国的发展还存在着很多问题需要解决。
Objective To explore the existing problems in the development of electronic medical record in our country. Methods By reading the articles published publicly in the country about the existing problems in the development of electronic medical record in our country, the author summarizes the main problems in the development of electronic medical record in our country. Results The main problems that exist in the development of electronic medical records in our country include: no uniform standards for electronic medical records, poor security, low legal effectiveness, lack of funds and excellent management staff. Conclusion There are still many problems to be solved in the development of e-medical records in our country.
