导语世界上什么最宝贵?不是珍珠玛瑙、房子、汽车,而是人的生命健康。一个身心健康的人,随着年龄的增长必然会一天天衰老下去(成熟期后),直至死亡。无论拥有多少财富,吃什么灵丹妙药,都不会逃脱自然规律。剔除天灾人祸、非正常死亡,为什么有的人寿命短,有的人寿命长呢?答案是:取决于个人拥有多少保健知识,并在实践中去运用这些知识。人的正常寿命有多长对长寿的向往,是人类共有的愿望,不分国籍、民族、信仰、贫富。在各个国家、民族的传说、记载中,都能找到对长寿目标奋斗追求的轨迹。
