在大跨度钢结构中采用预应力技术可以节约钢材,降低造价。预应力钢结构的基本原理是:在钢结构中设置一些用高强度钢材做的预应力筋,同时运用预应力的方法使其充分发挥承载力,结果相当于用高强度钢材取代一部分普通钢材,因而可节约钢材。由于高强度钢材的强度提高率高于价格的提高率,因而也降低了工程造价。一般情况下,预应力钢结构比普通钢结构可节约钢材20%左右。我国从五十年代开始研究这种结构,主要用于各厂矿企业中的运输栈桥。到目前止,全国已建成的预应力钢栈桥不下三四十处,跨度为30~50余米
The use of prestressed technology in large-span steel structures can save steel and reduce the cost. The basic principle of the prestressed steel structure is to set some prestressed tendons made of high-strength steel in the steel structure, and at the same time apply the prestressed method to make full use of its bearing capacity. The result is equivalent to replacing a part of ordinary steel with high-strength steel. This saves steel. Because the strength increase rate of high-strength steel is higher than the price increase rate, it also reduces the project cost. Under normal circumstances, prestressed steel structures can save about 20% of steel materials compared to ordinary steel structures. Our country began to study this structure from the 1950s, and it is mainly used for transport bridges in factories and mines. To date, no less than 30-40 prestressed steel trestles have been built across the country, with a span of 30-50 meters.
