杉木雄球花芽分化中前期核酸含量比雌球花芽和叶芽高17%~33%,后期雄的下降而雌的上升。RNA/DNA前期为2~3,后期为5~6。初期花芽的蛋白质含量与叶芽相近,随后增加。花芽中有16种氨基酸,脯氦酸与花芽分化关系密切。雄球花芽发生赤霉酸(GA3)水平很高而脱落酸(ABA)很低。雌球花芽的GA3稍低于叶芽而ABA相近。开花时的雌球花ABA显著减少而雄球花ABA、吲哚乙酸(IAA)上升,GA3下降。花芽中玉米素(ZT)变化平稳,仅略高于叶芽。文章讨论了花芽分化与各类含氮物质及其内源激素的生理作用。
In the early stage of flower bud differentiation, the content of nucleic acid in Chinese fir was 17% ~ 33% higher than that in female flower buds and buds, but decreased in late male and increased in female.
