东风型内燃机车牵引电动机,除了出现轴承发热、电机接地、整流子发黑等故障外,还经常发生主磁极线圈断线的毛病。有时一个季度断线的台数曾达到二十余台之多。这既影响机车的运用,又加重了检修工作量。因此对这种故障必须给予一定的重视。我们通过一个阶段对主磁极线圈的检修,使电机的状态有了好转,积累了一点经验。一、牵引电动机主磁极线圈断线的概况及其发生的原因 1.线圈断线的概况主磁极线圈断线有两种情况:一是线圈端部焊接的引出端线折断;二是整体线圈当中的某一圈裂断,见图1。
