前列腺增生症(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)是目前泌尿外科较为常见的老年性疾病之一,其临床表现为排尿困难、尿频、尿急、尿不尽等,严重危害患者的健康。目前,前列腺电切术(TURP)以其不开刀、创伤少、术后恢复快等优势,受到医患的青睐。本文总结我院2010年3月~2011年3月收治的54例良性前列腺增生症患者的临床资料,对比前列腺电切术的临床疗效,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:2010年3月~2011年3月我院收治54例良性前列
Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is one of the most common senile diseases in urology. Its clinical manifestations include dysuria, urinary frequency, urinary urgency and urinary exhaustion, which seriously endanger the health of patients. Currently, prostatectomy (TURP) by its no surgery, less trauma, postoperative recovery and other advantages, by the doctor and patient’s favor.
