城乡发展差距历来都是党中央高度关注的问题。改革开放以来,为缩小城乡发展差距,党中央带领人民群众作出了不懈的努力。“四个全面”战略布局是在全面建成小康社会的决定期,新一代领导集体提出的重大治国理念。本文主要梳理了改革开放以来的各发展阶段,缩小城乡发展差距的实践探索。进而从“四个全面”战略布局的基本理念,对其实践进行反思,并为缩小城乡发展差距指明新的实践方向。 The gap between urban and rural areas has always been a problem of great concern to the Central Party Committee. Since the reform and opening up, in order to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, the CPC Central Committee has led the people in making unrelenting efforts. The strategic layout of the “four comprehensives” is a decisive period for building a well-off society in an all-round way and the major concept of running the country as proposed by the new generation of leading collectives. This paper mainly sort out the various stages of development since the reform and opening up and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas of practice and exploration. From the basic concept of “four comprehensive” strategic layout, we can reflect on its practice and point out a new direction of practice to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.
