五、节能目标成果评价 (一)目标成果评价的目的节能目标管理应讲求实效,重视节能目标成果的评价。评价的目的主要有二:一是为了掌握各部门、各车间以至每个职工完成节能目标的情况,为正确进行表彰和奖励或者批评和处罚提供依据。节能成果评价是客观反映,强调用客观事实说话,令人信服。通过成果评价,根据节能贡献大小进行奖励,对先进是很大的鼓励,必将激起他们更大的节能积极性。节能目标成果较差的,能从中找出差距,看到不足,受到教育,促使他们奋起急追。二是为了认真总结经验和教
